In a distant land, in the Marches of Brittany, is the splendid domain of Portal Rock where Manuel Roussel, owner since 2016, has passionately realized this crazy dream: to create a New School of Sorcerers.
His unusual project invites you to live with friends or family supernatural moments where mages and wizards meet. In short… an unforgettable experience!
A little history…
Located in Saint-Brice-en-Coglès, The Portal Rock brings together a castle dating from the late Renaissance surrounded by listed gardens. Renamed on “Downtown Abbey”, the castle allows you to interfere in the daily life of nobles and servants by crossing the corridors and walls of the domain. Royal tapestries, original furniture, here you are immersed in theHistory of Brittany through huge rooms and other secret chambers.

This year during the All Saints holidays, Le Rocher Portail opens its doors to you to discover this incredible event that is The New School of Sorcerers. In this immersive experience, you will meet the four new dynasties that have written about the history of Rocher Portail.
Don't forget your magic broom!
magic wands, potions, magical creatures and brooms will be your allies during this unique journey where it's up to you to recreate a new saga of which you will be the wizards.
Each guest will receive their letter of admission to the New School of Sorcerers! Then they will experience the arrival at school, welcomed by the school director Ludovica Lutterotti. Each student will be assigned to one of four houses labeled Busarde, Cerfdelune, Boucfleche and Fauvedor.
Among the many rooms of the castle that will be accessible to the public for the first time, you can sneak through:
- student dormitories
- the rooms of spells and the potions master,
- teachers' rooms
- as well as the majestic large banquet hall with the mythical scene from the world of JK Rowling!
These parties will provide a real-life experience that “Potterhead” fans have always dreamed of.
