A caring environment for nature and visitors!
A domain steeped in history
The Botanical Park of Haute Bretagne took place on the Foltiere domain which owes its name to the tree “the beech” (crazy) in old French.
This estate is known in the Pays de Fougères as one of the high places of Chouannerie and the Royalist Riposte of the late 18th century.
Le Chateau de la Foltière, that you will find in the heart of the Botanical Park, was built in 1836. Today you can stay there for a very romantic moment!
