Musée Emmanuel de la Villéon

In the heart of the historic district of Fougères, in one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the city, is the Emmanuel de la Villéon museum. Renowned landscape painter, avant-garde colorist, rubbing shoulders with the greatest independent painters of his time, Emmanuel de la Villéon knew how to experiment with different styles, different touches. This collection, made up of oils, pastels, gouaches, charcoals and inks, retraces his journey through a selection of works.
A new hanging was set up in May 2017.

Visits out of season by reservation.
