Program
Step 1: Welcome to Fougères
The guide welcomes you to the “La Poterne” coach park located at the foot of the Château de Fougères.
Step 2: The Saint-James Workshops
Guided tour of the “Saint-James” Workshops, labeled Living Heritage Company. Discover the manufacturing secrets of the most famous French sailor sweater. Route commented by a guide. Maximum 25 people!
Step 3: (or) Bazouges-La-Pérouse “Small City of Character”
Guided tour on “The traces of the lords of Bazouges-la-Pérouse”. Erwan will help you discover the heritage and richness of this “Small City of Character”. Open your eyes and ears wide!
Course of about 2 km.
Step 4: Lunch in Pays de Fougères
Our selection of restaurants in the Pays de Fougères, specialized in welcoming groups, offer menus made from local regional products. Stages in perfect harmony with the circuits offered. Drinks are included in all menus (aperitif, wine and coffee).
Step 5: The Gardens of Château de la Ballue
Madame Mathon, owner of the Château de la Ballue, will enchant you with a visit to her superb, unexpected gardens located on 17th century terraces overlooking the Couesnon valley. They offer a labyrinthine and playful journey, a remarkable expression of topiary art.
A refreshment will be offered to you at the end of the visit.
