Bed and breakfast reference®

For your customers, it is the assurance of being well received. The guestroom is defined as a furnished room in a homestay with a view to welcoming tourists, for a fee, for one or more nights, together with services. It must include the bundled supply of overnight stay and breakfast and is limited to the operation of five rooms and fifteen people. Article L324-3 of the tourism code.
In France, there is no classification set up by the State for bed and breakfasts. In order to provide a solution to operators concerned with qualifying their offer but not wishing to adhere to a label, Office de Tourisme de France has set up a national qualification called Chambre d'hôtesreference®. It provides a minimum quality guarantee, an assurance for the customer of being well received.

Furnished tourist classification

Reach the stars!
Furnished tourist accommodation is a furnished villa, apartment or studio, for the exclusive use of the tenant, offered for rental to transient customers who do not take up residence there and who make a stay there characterized by daily rental. , weekly or monthly. Article L. 324-1-1 of the Tourism Code.
The furnished tourism classification is a voluntary process which allows the customer to be informed of a level of comfort, equipment and services. It has 5 categories ranging from 1 to 5 stars and is valid for 5 years.
