Located close to the city center of Saint Brice en Coglès, close to all shops and in a very quiet suburban area, the cottage offers an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.
On the historic road from Rennes to Mont Saint Michel (20 minutes from Mont, 35 minutes from Rennes), the historic city of Fougères is also 20 minutes away. Forests, castles, and other places to visit are just a short drive away.
Tenants have completely free access to the gîte. Cédric and Nisarat PELLERIN are available in the evenings and weekends if needed.
Very quiet residential area, 2 minutes walk from the center and shops. Market on Friday.
Car or motorcycle almost essential. There are coaches to go to Rennes or Fougères.
Entirely non-smoking establishment.
