Head for Mont-Saint-Michel from Fougères! With this mixed route of 51 km, reach the Mont in just 3h15 by bike. This route partly follows a Greenway with a sanded surface on an old railway line (VD3 from Fougères to Antrain). Before joining the EV4 at Pontorson, the route takes a small section on a small unmarked road.

Bike parking on the Mount

On an experimental basis, cyclists are allowed to ride on the road dyke and on the roadway of the footbridge which connects the place called “La Caserne” to Mont Saint-Michel. Parking is set up, limited to 70 places at the entrance to Mont Saint-Michel. 3 other free parking areas for bicycles exist upstream in Beauvoir. 3 free parking areas for bicycles in Beauvoir.
