Balade "Histoires et nature" au bois de la Motte

Le Bois de la Motte Saint-Brice-en-Coglès 35460 Maen Roch
Between Maen Roch and Fougères, a green massif borders departmental road 155: it is the Bois de la Motte.
This wooded beech massif is crossed by numerous forest paths. Regular and compact in shape, it is distinguished by rocky outcrops of granite, the local stone par excellence. A discovery trail has been set up to allow walkers to appreciate all its riches, while protecting sensitive areas.
The leaders of the Pays de Fougères Environmental Education Network invite you to an outing to discover this wood which bears witness to the life of the undergrowth in Ille-et-Vilaine and whose immediate environment is connected to its current protection (granite companies, castle and farm).
Meet early at 9 a.m. at the Bois de la Motte car park, on the road between Saint-Brice and Saint-Etienne-en-Coglès.
