👨 🍳 Today, we're going to taste! The Destination Fougères Tourist Office offers you a recipe: Ty'ramisu Gallo.
🍽Ingredients:
1 packet of Breton palets- Salted butter caramel- Pommé – 5 apples- 30g butter- Cocoa powder- 250g mascarpone- 60g powdered sugar- 3 eggs- 1 pinch of salt

- 60g sugar
- 3 eggs

⌚ 30 minutes
🍳 Preparation:
- Mix your egg yolks (keep the whites) with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the mascarpone and the tablespoon of salted butter caramel.
- Beat your egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and gently fold them into the previous mixture.
- Cut the apples into small pieces, brown them in butter until a compote is obtained and leave to cool.
- Dilute a little apple with water to liquefy it and place it on the cooked apples.
- Place the crumbled Breton palets in the bottom of the verrine, add a few drops of salted butter caramel, place a layer of cooked apples then a spoonful of apples.
- Cover with mascarpone egg mixture.
- Film the verrines and place them in the fridge for 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle the verrines with a little cocoa.
