👨 🍳 Today, the Destination Fougères Tourist Office offers you a recipe: Cider cocktail.
🍽Ingredients:
- 3 bottles of raw cider
- 25 cl of calvados
- 1 jar of morello cherries in syrup (peaches or apricots or pineapple)
- 8 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 3 apples.
⌚10 mins
🍳 Preparation:
- Mix the calvados, the vanilla sugar (one by one) and the jar of morello cherries with its syrup in a large container.
- Add the other cut fruits without the syrup.
- Cut the apples into strips and leave to macerate in the fridge for 24 hours
- Just before serving, pour in the fresh cider.
