🍽Ingredients:

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 whole egg and 6 egg yolks
- 350g semi-salted butter
👨🍳Preparation:
- Take the butter out of the fridge
- Pour the flour into a large bowl, mix in the sugar and the vanilla sugar
- Dig a well in the center and place the egg, 5 egg yolks and the soft butter
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
- Work the dough with a wooden spoon just to mix the ingredients
- Generously butter a mold Place the dough in the mold and flatten it
- Glaze with the egg yolk and streak the surface of the dough with the tines of a fork
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes in the oven
- Let cool before unmolding
