La Régalante, a name that tickles curiosity

The name La Régalante was born at the crossroads of several evocative sounds that can be discovered along this cycle route: we find there both a bit of the “Gallo” language, of “Galette” of buckwheat of course, but also the term “Galante” embodied by the imposing castles such as the Château de Fougères, the fortresses of Vitré and Châteaubriant or the castle of the Dukes of Brittany in Nantes. The sum of all generates a warm and delicious word. An invitation to enjoy yourself, with family or friends, to make great encounters and great discoveries.
